Job responsibilities: leading and coordinating department activities; responsibility for preparing materials for decision-making by municipal authorities in the area of management and handling of real estate owned by the city and subsequent implementation of decisions; responsibility for preparing purchase, donation, exchange, transfer, pledging, and lease agreements, agreements on establishing easements and other similar contracts regarding the city's real property; responsibility for monitoring the correct scope of leased land and rental prices, negotiating lease agreements based on decisions of municipal authorities; responsibility for ensuring geodetic work related to the sale, purchase, establishment of easements, or lease of real estate.
