We expect: University or secondary education in food science or related field with work experience; suitable for university students, recent graduates; English - intermediate level (spoken and written); basic knowledge of MS Office; communication and organizational skills, teamwork; responsibility, independence, flexibility and proactive approach. Job responsibilities: prepare, verify and adjust recipes; master technological and sanitation procedures and propose new ones; monitor product quality throughout production; perform control of process parameters, CCP monitoring; maintain necessary documentation; address production deviations and propose corrective measures; master GHP, GMP, Food Safety; conduct employee training.
