Quality control worker. Permanent employment, two-shift operation. Job duties: performing production inspections as part of first-piece release; performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections during each shift, inspecting products and identifying discrepancies; processing bin tickets; resolving internal discrepancies (verifying system entries, sorting, classification) according to internal procedures; issuing required inspection certificates and material attestations for product shipment; preparing and issuing output documents for products being shipped; conducting measurements and preparing measurement reports, organizing sorting actions at customer sites; processing monthly quality control closing reports, submitting documents to the quality manager; collaborating with other departments, particularly with production supervisors and the technologist within the internal discrepancy resolution system, with the quality engineer regarding methodological guidance, and with the metrologist regarding qualified measuring equipment, etc. Work in the information system: printing bin and work tickets from relevant production orders, comprehensive work with task tickets, resolving internal discrepancies and scrap documentation, transfers between warehouses, printing output reports for the quality engineer, other tasks within the scope of coverage for other departments. Further guided by instructions from direct supervisor and individual regulations, directives, procedures, and orders of the cooperative. Responsibility for: correct performance of all types of inspections within the defined schedule, compliance with established procedures related to quality management in production, professional assessment of production quality (correct classification of non-conforming products and standardization of scrap), proper documentation intended for customers (attestations, measurement reports, etc.). Authority: to request cooperation from production workers and supervisors in ensuring quality, to halt production at any stage if necessary to ensure quality.
