We are licensed for 17 residents living in our two buildings: the main house and the annex. The property is partially adapted. We are a small team with a familiar, family-like work environment, so personal suitability will be weighted heavily. You are trained as a mental health nurse/nursing assistant. You have previous experience working with this patient group and are confident in your role. It is a great advantage if you speak multiple languages and have further training in, for example, Motivational Interviewing (MI) or other comparable treatment methods.
