Your Tasks WBAB is now looking for a project manager who wants to develop and drive the municipalities' operations and infrastructure projects – everything from smaller tasks to larger projects. This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, likes being close to projects, and wants to work with something that has a direct impact on both society and the environment. As a project manager at WBAB, you get a varied and meaningful assignment where you manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are out in the field a lot to follow up on operations and infrastructure work. You work both strategically and operatively, with everything from project and construction management to customer and stakeholder dialogue. The role also involves handling contracts, administration, and necessary permits from the municipality, county administration, and other actors. You collaborate closely with internal functions such as water/wastewater strategy, design, and project investigation, and in some projects may also participate in design work. Additionally, you participate in budgeting and follow-up work and ensure that the project is completed according to schedule, budget, and complies with legislation. Your Profile You are an experienced project manager who thrives in a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and drive work forward. If you have previous experience with water/wastewater, construction, or infrastructure projects, that is highly meritorious but not required – what matters is that you have strong project management skills and can easily grasp new technical areas. You are comfortable meeting with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders, even when conversations are challenging. You communicate clearly, in a solution-oriented and professional manner. You like taking initiative, making quick decisions when needed, and building good collaboration around your projects. We would like you to have qualifications such as a higher education or university degree in engineering, construction, project management, or equivalent experience. Experience in project management, preferably within water/wastewater, land and infrastructure, or other socially important infrastructure. Knowledge of construction law (AB, ABT, ABK). About the Position We are now seeking welders for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. As a welder, you will work in a team of welders/sheet metal workers who all work independently, from drawing to finished product. Everything from small details to larger structures. The welder position is a consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period, but with the possibility of a permanent position for the right person. Working hours are primarily scheduled for 2-shift work, but day shifts and continuous night shifts may also occur. About You We are looking for someone with solid welding skills who is either a trained welder and/or has previous work experience in the trade. If you also have experience in heavy industry or have knowledge of grinding, straightening, or sheet metal work, we consider that a merit. To our auto detailing center in Ludvika, we are looking for an auto detailing technician. Do you enjoy the feeling when the result turns out really great? We are looking for an auto detailing technician who has an eye for detail, takes pride in well-executed work, and at the same time likes a good pace. For us, good car care is about doing the job both carefully and efficiently – and making sure the customer notices the difference when their car is returned. What will you be doing? As an auto detailing technician, you will work on scheduled detailing treatments on both customer vehicles and our own vehicles. The jobs range from hand washing and interior cleaning to more extensive treatments and paint protection. You will be part of a small team with two auto detailing technicians and a team leader. This means you need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for your work, while also helping each other to maintain a good workflow throughout the day. The role also includes customer contact. You will take bookings, schedule jobs, and receive and hand over vehicles. Who are we looking for?
