To our auto detailing center in Ludvika, we are looking for an auto detailing technician. Do you enjoy the feeling when the result turns out really great? We are looking for an auto detailing technician who has an eye for detail, takes pride in well-executed work, and at the same time likes a good pace. For us, good car care is about doing the job both carefully and efficiently – and making sure the customer notices the difference when their car is returned. What will you be doing? As an auto detailing technician, you will work on scheduled detailing treatments on both customer vehicles and our own vehicles. The jobs range from hand washing and interior cleaning to more extensive treatments and paint protection. You will be part of a small team with two auto detailing technicians and a team leader. This means you need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for your work, while also helping each other to maintain a good workflow throughout the day. The role also includes customer contact. You will take bookings, schedule jobs, and receive and hand over vehicles. Who are we looking for? We believe you are a person who notices details that others might miss. You appreciate order and organization and want to look at the car after completing the job and feel that the result turned out really great. But attention to detail should not mean that everything takes a long time. You also need to be able to maintain a good pace, plan your work, and understand what needs to be prioritized when there is a lot to do. You take responsibility for your tasks, see what needs to be done, and contribute to keeping the work flowing smoothly around you. You interact with our customers in a natural and service-oriented manner and are committed to ensuring that the car you return meets the customer's expectations. For us, attitude is important. You need to want to do good work, be curious about the profession, and want to develop. Experience and requirements Experience in auto detailing is a great advantage and knowledge of paint protection is a merit, but we also look very much at who you are and how you work. We want you to have: Education equivalent to at least upper secondary school level Good computer skills Good Swedish in speech and writing Class B driver's license Additional language skills are a merit.
