Job Description We are now seeking a Family Therapist for SiS Youth Facility Långanäs. The target group you will work with is non-compulsory school age boys aged 16–21. Family Therapists at SiS work with families during critical times. Through conversations, home visits, and relationship work, they strengthen bonds between youth and parents and create conditions for change. Working as a Family Therapist at SiS means meeting families when relationships are strained and youth are in difficult situations. In this work, Family Therapists provide support and serve as catalysts for opening doors to new paths forward. As a Family Therapist, you ensure good cooperation with the youth's family and network to create stability during placement. Throughout the placement, you maintain close collaboration with social services and other key stakeholders to establish a stable foundation after placement.
