Resource Staff for Daily Activity Services

The current position is a resource staff role within Habilitative Services. You have a flexible and versatile assignment as resource staff. This means you'll be booked to work at different facilities to cover planned or unplanned absences. When you're not booked, you'll have a home workplace and a colleague group with whom you hold workplace meetings. You'll work with participants who have some form of functional variation. Examples of activities the groups do include creative pursuits in various forums, swimming, and exercise programs. Work within daily activity services is practical, varied, and sometimes physical. The main focus is to offer our participants meaningful occupation through activities where you also support participants in all aspects of daily living. This means you also work with personal care and carry delegated responsibilities for feeding tubes and medication. Here's what you'll be working with: Assisting with personal care, such as hygiene, dressing, and toilet visits Medical interventions delegated by licensed staff Providing social support, conversations, and walks Documenting in digital systems, creating and working according to implementation plans, and reporting using SBAR Collaborating with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists as needed Working with meaningful occupation Guiding participants in their tasks through motivation, verbal or practical support Working with clarifying pedagogy, being solution-focused, and using low-affect approaches Hässleholms municipality wants to utilize your full competence and offers you a full-time position, with the possibility to request your preferred hours. You hold a qualification as a nursing assistant, have completed education in childcare and leisure with a focus on pedagogy and social work, or other qualifications that the employer deems equivalent. A Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles is required as transportation is part of the role.
