We are responsible for the entire chain – from sales and design to construction, production, and delivery. Now we are strengthening our organization with a new strategic key role. We are looking for a Head of Sales & Operations Planning who wants to build and develop a function with direct impact on our business. This is not an administrative role. It is an opportunity to create a modern Sales & Operations Planning function where sales, projects, design, and production work from the same planning process and shared goals. Through analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership, you ensure that our capacity matches market demand and that we deliver on our customer promises – with high profitability. You drive the development of working methods, processes, and digital tools while creating alignment across the organization's different functions. You report to Marina Gasparius, Business Unit Manager Prefab, and become an important part of the business unit's management team. Your Main Areas of Responsibility You will, among other things: Own and develop the business unit's Sales & Operations Planning process. Ensure accurate forecasts and long-term capacity planning. Translate sales forecasts and project portfolios into realistic production and resource plans. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and capacity challenges before they impact delivery or economics. Develop working methods, KPIs, and digital planning tools. Contribute to increased delivery precision, higher resource utilization, and improved profitability. Who Are You? You are an experienced leader in planning, supply chain, or operations development and have likely worked in a project-based industrial or manufacturing environment. You are driven by creating order in complex environments and thrive when building structures that make a real difference for operations. You have strong analytical capabilities but are also a skilled communicator who gets people from different parts of the organization to work toward the same goals. You see the big picture, challenge established ways of working, and have the courage to make decisions even when not all answers are available. We Believe You Have Academic background in engineering, logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent. Several years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or similar strategic planning roles. Experience from project-based industrial, construction, or manufacturing operations. Documented experience in change management and process development. Good business understanding and experience working data-driven. Experience leading cross-functional collaborations. Ability to translate analysis into decisions and implementation. Why Thomas Betong? With us, you get the opportunity to make a real impact. You become part of an operation in an exciting development phase and receive the mandate to develop a function that will be crucial for the business unit's continued growth and profitability. You join a management team where you work close to the business and contribute to developing how we plan and execute our projects. We offer short decision-making paths, a family-owned company with a long-term perspective, and a culture characterized by collaboration, responsibility-taking, and continuous development. At the same time, you have the opportunity to be part of an international corporation with knowledge exchange and long-term development opportunities. This is a role for someone who wants to combine strategy, business, and change management – and who is motivated by building structures that create results far beyond your own function. At SafeTeam, you'll find one of the country's sharpest CCTV teams. Our experienced technicians and systems specialists develop custom solutions, innovative concepts, and AI models for our clients. You'll work at the cutting edge of technical security solutions! Our customers are in the professional segment – companies and high-security facilities. SafeTeam as a workplace is large enough to offer development opportunities, stability, collective agreements, and favorable terms – yet small enough to maintain a special and family-like atmosphere. We work with a broad product range, from access control systems, locks, and alarms to camera surveillance, automatic doors, burglary protection, and fire safety. You'll be in good company with approximately 200 great colleagues in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Linköping, Mölndal, Trollhättan, and Stenungsund. We at SafeTeam believe we can achieve amazing things together when we enjoy our work and feel good at our workplace. That's why we actively work to create a work environment and culture that provides high satisfaction for all employees. We live our values: Fair, Service-focused, and Secure. What does the job involve? As a CCTV security technician, you'll work on-site with our customers, often high-security facilities, installing, commissioning, and servicing advanced camera solutions. Our customers are technically complex with high security requirements. You'll be part of the expert team solving problems on-site and ensuring solutions are correctly installed and operational. This role suits you if you want to work in-depth with advanced camera technology, VMS platforms, networks, and integrations. Exceptional service is at the core of our company culture. You have experience with CCTV installation, service, and commissioning. You have good system knowledge and technical understanding of IT and security technology environments. Experience with project design and supervising installation work is a merit, but not required. Are we a good fit? We place great importance on who you are as a person. We want you to fit into our team, enjoy your work, and stay with us long-term! If you work with us, we'll do everything we can to make that happen. We hope for the same genuine commitment from you. Here's how we've put it: SafeTeam's Employee Promise: You'll work in a professional and family-like company where we care about each other and our customers. There's a genuine desire to always do your best. We do it together – employees and managers work closely here. It's important that you take responsibility and are not ego-driven to thrive. In return, you'll get opportunities to develop, a really great sense of community, and a life characterized by openness and helpfulness. Curious about what other SafeTeam employees say?
