As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating structured instruction in the subject. We are looking for someone with teaching certification who is well-versed in the curriculum and other applicable governing documents. You have a strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You lead student groups with good leadership skills and build strong relationships. You are confident and stable, welcome new ideas and contribute to innovation and creativity. You have a talent for translating the curriculum and course plans into instruction for students. Of course, you are passionate about children's development and learning! You contribute to a positive collaborative climate at the workplace. We hope you share the Christian faith with us. As a subject teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating structured instruction in grades 3-9. You motivate and inspire students to develop and fulfill your role as an educator according to applicable governing documents. You will be part of the middle school team with other educators where together you create a safe and developmentally supportive environment. You will also teach in grades 3-6. About the Employer Brandströmska School is operated by the Foundation for Christian School Activities. The foundation is non-profit and the school is confessional and has existed for 35 years. The school is a K-9 school with approximately 420 students. We have approximately 20 students per class. Students come primarily from the northeastern districts of Gothenburg. We prioritize work around language development, inclusion, and safety & study environment. We also think it is important to build strong relationships with our students.
