Contribute to higher product quality by investigating vehicle-related quality issues, tracing root causes, and testing new features from a customer perspective. Do you want to work close to vehicles, technology, and customer experience? In this role, you will investigate quality problems on vehicles in the field and ensure that new or updated features work as expected before they are introduced. About the Role Work with product quality and feature acceptance in the vehicle sector. Investigate faults that occur on vehicles in the market. Combine practical work on vehicles with analysis and documentation. What You'll Do Describe, reproduce, and analyze quality-related faults. Support root cause analysis and propose containment measures. Manage product improvement cases in Jira and GQMP. Perform advanced troubleshooting and provide technical support to aftermarket operations. Test new and revised vehicle features from the customer's perspective. What We're Looking For Experience from aftermarket, quality issues, or troubleshooting in the vehicle industry. Engineering degree or equivalent relevant practical experience. Ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting on vehicles. Class B driver's license and strong ability to assess vehicle functions. Understanding of GDPR in practical quality and investigation work. Technology & Tools Vehicle diagnostic tools. Jira for case and activity tracking. GQMP for managing product improvement cases.
