The unit will be built with four mobile interprofessional teams consisting of physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and administrative staff. Approximately 25 employees will work in the service. The target group is children and young people with complex psychiatric and social comorbidity, often with experience of care breakdown, repeated placements, and serious mental health issues. The service area covers the entire Västra Götaland Region. Initially, the service focuses on adolescents placed in SiS homes, but placement in HVB homes and within the Prison and Probation Service is also planned. The unit belongs to the operational area Neurology and Psychiatry for Children at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, within the section Child and Adolescent Psychiatric 24-Hour Care and Specialty Clinics. The service is mobile with team-based work in close collaboration between professions. Description The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit for Serious Norm-Breaking Behavior (BUP-ANB) is a new regional service starting in 2026. The service builds on the government commission Integrated Care (2021-2024) and offers specialist psychiatric care to community-placed children and young people up to 21 years old with serious norm-breaking behavior and concurrent psychiatric care needs when ordinary outpatient care is insufficient. The unit will be built up with four mobile interprofessional teams consisting of physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and healthcare administrators. In total, the unit will have approximately 25 employees. The target group consists of children and young people with complex psychiatric and social comorbidity, often with experience of care breakdowns, repeated placements, and serious mental health issues. The catchment area covers the entire Västra Götaland region. Initially, the service will focus on adolescents placed in SiS homes in the region. Over time, children and young people in HVB homes and within the Prison Service are also planned to be included in the mandate. The unit is part of the operational area of Neurology and Child Psychiatry at Sahlgrenska University Hospital, within the section for Child Psychiatry 24-Hour Care and Specialty Outpatient Clinics. The service is mobile and meets patients where they are. Work is conducted in a team-based approach with close collaboration between professionals. Responsibilities As a physician in BUP-ANB, you have overall medical responsibility and a central role in the team. The focus is on assessment, evaluation, and treatment of complex psychiatric conditions. You will: assume responsibility for psychiatric diagnosis and medical evaluations conduct initial assessments and lead and follow up on investigations and treatment contribute specialist knowledge to the team's clinical evaluations participate in coordinated care planning with SiS, social services, and other care providers provide supervision and consultative support to staff and partner organizations contribute to increased knowledge about psychiatric conditions in the child's or young person's everyday environment Qualifications We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in child and adolescent psychiatry or adult psychiatry. You have experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as experience working with children and young people with complex psychiatric issues. You are confident in your medical expertise, can make independent assessments, and have good collaboration skills. You work in a structured manner and want to contribute to the development of a new regional service. Meriting experience includes: children and young people in public care complex comorbidity, such as trauma, neuropsychiatric conditions, or self-harm behavior 24-hour care/inpatient care development or startup work You have strong ability to work in team and interprofessional settings. Automotive Mechanic (Passenger Vehicle Mechanic)
As an automotive mechanic, you are responsible for service, repair, and maintenance of the company's own vehicles as well as customers' passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The work includes troubleshooting with diagnostic equipment, service according to manufacturer's recommendations, and repair of engines, brakes, steering, suspension, exhaust systems, clutches, transmissions, and electrical systems.
