As Technical Product Owner for Integration & Automation, you'll be the hub that connects Balder's system landscape, from our new financial system and data platform to master data and external services. The role sits centrally in our technical organization, close to both the business and development teams, and will grow as we expand to more Nordic countries.
About the role
The role alternates between thinking big and working in detail: one day it's about direction and roadmap in our Azure environment, another about ensuring an integration actually delivers as it should. You set the direction for both the business and those building the solutions.
The short version:
You'll own the roadmap and architecture for the entire integration and automation area.
You'll act as solution architect – from requirements gathering to technical design and implementation.
You'll lead and ensure quality of work by developers, consultants and vendors.
You'll establish common standards and follow up on operations, incidents and technical debt.

What we're looking for
For you to both thrive and deliver with us, we believe you have several years of experience in integration architecture, integration development or technical product ownership in integration – regardless of whether it took you three or ten years to get there. What matters is that you've been involved throughout: gathered requirements, designed, developed and delivered an integration solution from start to finish, with a deep understanding of API design and various integration patterns.
Requirements:
Background as integration architect, senior integration developer, Solution Architect or Tech Lead.
Experience with Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Functions)
Documented experience with solution architecture and technical design for integration solutions
Experience with requirements gathering and technical leadership of developers or external delivery teams
You've developed in some programming language (e.g. C#, .NET), are comfortable testing APIs and reading API documentation, and have experience with different types of authentication methods.
Merits:
Experience with Power Platform, Nodinite or Infrastructure as Code.
Experience from the real estate industry or other operations with complex system landscapes.
