The Social Affairs Department conducts a broad range of activities within elderly care, disability services, health and medical care, employment and integration, as well as individual and family services. We currently have approximately 300 employees.

Individual and Family Services consists of 23 employees working in children, adults, assistance, and open-care services. We have close management with three team leaders and one IFO manager.

Work Tasks / Description
We are looking for a temporary social secretary with a focus on children and young people, as one of our employees is going on parental leave.
The children's group works with intake, investigations, follow-up of open-care services, follow-up of placements, family law, and foster care. In this position, the focus is primarily on preliminary assessments, investigations according to the Social Services Act and LVU, as well as follow-up of open-care services.
Our team leader for the children's group is operational and active in daily work. We value close collaboration within the group and other groups within IFO and offer the opportunity to try different work areas within the children and family unit based on interest and need.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is educated as a social worker with experience in authority work within the children and family area and work based on BBIC (Child's Needs in Focus). You express yourself well in speech and writing, have a B driver's license, and have good documentation practices. Experience with the Lifecare management system is advantageous.
You work from a clear child perspective and treat others with engagement, empathy, and respect. As a person, you are independent, structured, and decisive, with good ability to prioritize, adapt to changes, and collaborate with others. We place great importance on personal suitability.
