Your Responsibilities As a project manager, you will play a central role in driving business development initiatives with a focus on digitalization and process improvement. You will work cross-functionally and collaborate with various parts of the organization to identify needs, develop solutions, and ensure that changes are implemented in the business. Your main responsibilities will include: Lead business development projects focusing on digitalization and process improvement Conduct feasibility studies together with representatives from relevant business areas Develop project plans and structure project implementation Prepare requirements specifications for IT tool development Facilitate workshops, gather and analyze results, and present conclusions in a clear and pedagogical manner Report to sponsor, steering committee, PMO, and management group Actively manage change throughout the project Follow up and support implementation together with the project sponsor Contribute to sharing best practices and developing working methods within the department Your Profile Experience in project management in large, preferably global organizations Experience with IT projects and/or process development projects Experience managing change in complex organizations Strong ability to plan and facilitate workshops Ability to compile information and present results in a clear and pedagogical manner Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience in business development and digitalization Knowledge of business systems such as Teamcenter, SAP, or SFDC is advantageous Knowledge of Obsolescence Management is highly advantageous Application Process This position is initially a consulting assignment through Skill. Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Experience in risk management and change management. Very good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to make decisions and solve complex problems even under time pressure. It is advantageous if you have: Experience with the COMOS platform. Knowledge of engineering and systems integration processes. Experience from larger industrial or technical project environments.
