Here you'll step into a brand new role where you're responsible for structuring, coordinating, and further developing a custom-built measurement software used by hundreds of users worldwide.
About the Role
You'll become part of a team working with advanced measurement systems for the development and testing of gas turbines. The team is responsible for custom-built measurement software used for data collection, analysis, and communication in test environments. The software has grown rapidly and is now used globally by an increasing number of users.
As a Software Lead, you'll take on a project leadership role where you drive the development process forward, coordinate various initiatives, and ensure that development, releases, and prioritization happen in a structured way. You'll work closely with developers, measurement engineers, and users to create clarity and direction in the work.
Examples of Work Tasks:
• Lead and coordinate the development of the company's custom-built measurement software.
• Drive structure, processes, and prioritization within development work.
• Collaborate with users, developers, and technical specialists.
• Monitor projects, resources, and budgets.
• Participate in technical discussions and development matters.
We're Looking for Someone With:
• A college engineering degree or vocational qualification in computer science, data science, or similar.
• Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written.
It's a plus if you have:
• Experience working with software releases.
• Experience working in development workflows for commercial software.
• Programming skills in C#, .NET, Python, or LabVIEW.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish.
