We are now recruiting nursing assistants to our dementia care unit at Vardaga Villa Salabacke. The position is 81.08%. We offer training and several benefits. What you get from us: • Training that makes your work easier, for example care hygiene, dementia care approaches, and ergonomics. • Benefits portal with discounts and offers. For example, you can buy movie tickets and public transportation passes at good prices. • A coaching and supportive manager who works with you in your daily work. • Clear work methods and routines that simplify your job. • Career and development opportunities. For example, you can become a team leader with personnel responsibility or take on a specific area of responsibility such as dementia coordinator or hygiene representative. • Of course, we also offer fitness allowance, shoe allowance, work clothes, and collective agreements. About Villa Salabacke In autumn 2017, the new senior and dementia care home Villa Salabacke (formerly Salabacke Plaza) opened in Uppsala with 72 apartments. At Villa Salabacke, there is a large common area where we meet to socialize. This can include activities such as exercise or painting, or we celebrate holidays or have afternoon coffee while playing bingo. Villa Salabacke also has two roof terraces that we use to stimulate all the senses of our residents. • We are a dementia-certified care home, which means that everyone who works here is trained in dementia and dementia care approaches through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. • We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 years visit us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg arranges various activities to add a special touch to the lives of our residents. • You have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. • We are constantly working to come up with new and exciting activities for our residents. For example, we have introduced VR technology that makes it possible to experience different trips, adventures, or games via VR glasses. As a nursing assistant, you are extremely important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to treat people. "It's mainly about meeting people, being able to adapt and understand what people need. You get colleagues and learn a lot about teamwork! Funny things, activities, and outings happen often. It's a job with a lot of laughter." Jirapinya Muangsiri You are closest to the resident and therefore have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation. With Your Heart in the Right Place With us, you get to work in a strong culture driven by our vision: We make the world a little better, one person at a time. It is extremely important that you share our vision and our four values: Respect: With us, everyone has the right to a dignified life with physical, mental, and social well-being. Raquel Castaneda Your Experience and Knowledge We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elder care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also merits. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow. We believe that you: - are attracted to varied work and enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues. Field Technician and Technical Support at Kinnan AB
Are you driven, handy, knowledgeable in cooling & heating, and service-minded? Do you want a varied role where you work both as a field technician and in the office providing technical support to installers? Then maybe you're the superstar we're looking for to strengthen our team. Job Description: We're looking for someone who wants to work both as a field technician with heat pumps and in the office helping our customers—installers of cooling and heating systems—with technical support and expertise. You have a drive to help others and share your knowledge, are service-minded, and can juggle multiple tasks at once. One of Kinnan's most important market characteristics is expertise, and you're a key part of that. We're known for having the market's best support, and you'll help us deliver it. Our support team helps with everything from calculations, troubleshooting, commissioning, and order placement to other questions our customers need help with, whether it's air/air heat pumps, air/water heat pumps, larger commercial systems, or aerotherm units, etc. Most of the work is done via phone/computer, but we also assist on-site at the customer's location if needed. In addition to technical support and inside sales/order handling, you'll also spend some time in the field as a technician and installer. You'll have extensive contact with our customers—installers and end customers alike. You'll also have some contact with our suppliers and their technical specialists. You're an important part of the company and will have many contact points internally and externally. Who do we think you are? We believe you have a strong service mindset and enjoy talking with people and helping them solve problems. You have good technical knowledge and the ability to share it in a pedagogical way. We think you're a handy person who may be a refrigeration technician today with experience as an installer/technician in the field, or perhaps you're an electrician, HVAC technician, or carpenter who feels ready for the next step in your career by sharing your expertise with others. If you've worked in cooling/heating and/or control and regulation technology in the field, that's a strong qualification. If you also have competence/experience in electrical or HVAC work, that's also a plus. You're organized, driven, and forward-thinking, used to taking initiative and driving things to completion on your own. You'll of course have colleagues to bounce ideas off, but you also have the ability to make your own decisions and stand by them. We think you're social, forward-thinking, and have an attitude that's contagious to colleagues and customers. You can handle multiple tasks at once and can prioritize without dropping any balls. You must be able to write/speak Swedish fluently and have at least a category B driver's license. Your role may include training customers if you wish. We place great emphasis on maintaining high competence both internally and helping our resellers with further training. In our customer center, we hold ongoing training in all our business areas. You'll also sometimes participate in social events with our customers, suppliers, etc. This may involve travel within Sweden and abroad. Although we have many requirements for your experience, what's most important to us is not what you've done but who you are and what you want to do going forward. We Offer: An exciting and fun job where you can grow in your role and develop your skills. We offer great colleagues with high expertise and competitive compensation, wellness allowance, occupational pension, and work equipment. We offer a family-like workplace where we have fun together. We think the best part of the job is being in contact with our wonderful customers throughout the country. We challenge the market and offer something others don't. Our brands Sverigepumpen and Sverigepumpsexperterna are major assets, and with the values embedded in these brands, we challenge the industry. Start, Scope, and Location: Start of employment by agreement; the position is full-time and permanent. Our office is located in bright, fresh premises at Traktorgatan 2 in Enköping.
