Depot Manager for Stockholm - Bromma & Ekerö
Are you the next person to lead and develop our depots in Bromma and Ekerö? As Depot Manager, you'll have a key role in developing our sales, creating profitability, and taking Cramo to the next level in the local market. Together with the District Manager and sales team, you'll be a driving force in strengthening our position and creating a depot that customers love to return to. You'll have personnel, budget, work environment, and results responsibility while ensuring an attractive, efficient, and safe workplace. About the Role As Depot Manager, you're responsible for driving the rental business in Bromma and helping win the local market. You have a significant role both in local operations and for the district. You should be passionate about creating and finding new business opportunities together with district sales staff while being committed to building long-term customer relationships. In addition to a strong ability to create business, an important part of the role is continuously developing and improving the operation's working methods and routines. You're expected to value good collaboration and have the desire to build a strong team. The role suits you if you enjoy both being out with customers and creating order, structure, and momentum in daily operations. Working closely with your team, district manager, district sales staff, and specialists, you'll develop the business to strengthen Cramo in the local market while ensuring the district's targets and results are met. This includes, among other things, helping customers at the checkout, restocking merchandise and ensuring it is displayed according to our concept, and actively working with sales in accordance with set and agreed-upon sales targets. When interacting with customers, we also work with products from our service portfolio, that is, protection insurance, subscriptions, and financing solutions. We help customers at our information desk or in our technical service. In addition to being part of daily operations, you also have responsibility for budget, results monitoring/reporting, and scheduling.
