Job Responsibilities As Operations Manager at Axcell Fastighetspartner, you are responsible for operational management within your work area. You have operational personnel responsibility, including time tracking, employee interviews, salary setting, and workplace safety responsibility. You work with contract management and upselling to both new and existing customers. We at Nordin Assistans are now seeking staff for one of our child customers. She lives together with her parents and siblings. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the girl's everyday life—both at home and during activities. This work involves comprehensive care and supervision responsibilities, where you as an assistant need to be present, attentive and confident in your role. Working hours are arranged on weekdays and weekends as follows: Weekdays: 17:00 - 23:00 23:00 - 07:15 Weekends: 09:00 - 17:00 17:00 - 23:00 23:00 - 09:00 We are looking for someone who sees this work as long-term and wants to work at least 20 hours per week and views this as a long-term collaboration. Introduction can begin immediately by arrangement. The work may also be located in other places. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could accompany us on shorter trips. ABOUT THE CUSTOMER You will work with a 12-year-old girl who enjoys singing, playing and swimming. She appreciates security and presence around her. The customer has extensive care needs. You need to have experience with intellectual disability, nutritional problems, visual field defects and epilepsy. This means that as an assistant you are responsible for both basic care and medical procedures. She needs help with: Personal hygiene, dressing and undressing as well as meals Transfers and medication Communication and social interaction Daily routines at home She uses assistive devices such as a feeding tube and walking frame.
