Product Coordinator / E-commerce Merchandiser Do you want to help develop our e-commerce offering and ensure that our products are presented in the best possible way online? We're now looking for a structured and driven Product Coordinator / E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our team! About the Role As a Product Coordinator / E-commerce Merchandiser, you are responsible for ensuring that our products are correctly uploaded, informative, visually appealing, and optimized for both customer experience and conversion. You work operationally in our e-commerce platform but also have an important role in developing and improving the customer journey through content, structure, and product presentation. You collaborate closely with marketing, purchasing, warehouse, and customer service to ensure that the right information is in place at the right time and that our customers get a clear and inspiring shopping experience. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Create, update, and quality assure product information, images, attributes, and other content for both new and existing products on all our sites and markets Develop and optimize product presentation through well-written product descriptions, clear categorization, filters, and product relations to create an inspiring and user-friendly shopping experience Coordinate product launches and campaigns Activelywork with reviews and customer feedback Monitor and improve product presentation based on customer needs and behavior Analyze data from, for example, chatbots, search functions, and other tools to identify improvement opportunities Contribute to a consistent experience throughout the entire customer journey – from the first visit to the site to product delivery We're Looking for You Have at least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or product administration Have experience working with product setup, product enrichment, and assortment structuring Have strong writing skills and the ability to write clear, informative, and compelling product copy Are meticulous, organized, and have an eye for detail Have good system skills and enjoy working in digital tools Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Are a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment Meritorious Experience with the Litium e-commerce platform Knowledge of SEO and product page optimization Experience with image management or basic content production Knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, and/or Finnish We Offer An exciting role in a growing company The opportunity to influence and develop our digital business A committed and supportive team Competitive terms and conditions Application Does this sound like the right role for you?
