At Närhälsan's rehabilitation clinic in Sandared, four employees work together—three physiotherapists and one occupational therapist. The clinic is planned to expand with one additional occupational therapist and one physiotherapist. The rehabilitation clinic is very well-functioning, and the work team has many years of combined experience and expertise. The team is curious and development-oriented and has excellent collaboration with the health center. We share facilities with the health center in Sandared, which makes it easy and seamless to collaborate. The rehabilitation clinic runs several development projects together with the health center where we work together to develop new working methods and workflows to best meet patient needs. You will meet patients of all ages who need support and assistance in various areas such as hand problems, sleep and stress, mental health, pain, neurological issues, cognitive impacts, assistive device needs, and housing adaptations. Collaboration with the health center is important, and in Sandared, this works very well. Together, we have several shared workflows in areas such as mental health and pain. We plan to start additional shared workflows with the health center in COPD, heart conditions, memory evaluations, and work capacity assessments in connection with sick leave. The work takes place at the clinic through physical or digital visits, as well as home visits. Some work can be done remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partners. Vårdval rehab is an exciting activity that is undergoing change and offers opportunities for positive and creative patient encounters with work arrangements that suit the patient, the clinic, and you as an employee. The position is located at Närhälsan Sandared's rehabilitation clinic. Through our close collaboration with other rehabilitation clinics within the Närhälsan area R7 Södra Älvsborg, there is an opportunity to support other clinics when needed. We plan for a good introduction that feels secure for you with an introduction program and mentorship. About You You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated professionals. If you have supervisor training and/or further/advanced education, that is also a merit. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work efficiently and in an organized manner based on the clinic's goals and healthcare choice framework, and you enjoy variety in your work.
