You'll have an important role on the job site where you plan and execute work together with colleagues and contribute to projects being completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You could work with everything from water/sewage work and cable laying to foundation work, fine grading, and other construction projects. No two days are the same – and that's exactly how we want it. We believe you Have experience in ground and construction work Have a professional certificate or relevant construction training Can read drawings and work with laser and measuring equipment Enjoy taking responsibility and making your own decisions Are a team player with a positive attitude Have good problem-solving skills and a desire to develop Have a driver's license class B (BE is a plus) Experience is important, but we place equal weight on your attitude, work ethic, and desire to develop.
