In this role, you are responsible for daily, systematic rounds, alarm management, and operations optimization within Stadsfastigheters operations center. You contribute to stable, energy-efficient, and proactive property management by identifying, prioritizing, and following up on deviations in the property portfolio and its associated systems. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a relevant university or college degree for this position. We view education with a focus on building technology, installation technology, control and regulation technology, or energy as advantageous. You have at least 6 years of experience in property operations or similar tasks in a large property portfolio, and at least 4 years of experience in operations optimization and work with control and monitoring systems. Experience with energy efficiency, alarm management, troubleshooting, and follow-up of technical installations is considered advantageous. We also see it as an advantage if you have experience working with Citect SCADA or equivalent systems. You have a very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You also have good knowledge of building technical systems, particularly heating, ventilation, and control and regulation.
