Qualifications You are a certified teacher with credentials to teach grades 3-6 in crafts. If you have previous experience working as a teacher, we consider that a merit. You have good insight into the school's governance documents and can effectively implement them in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can lead and organize your work to create an orderly and stimulating learning environment for each student throughout their school day. Of course, you maintain a professional approach and work toward good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and you easily handle relevant digital tools and develop your work based on evidence-based research. You will be part of a welcoming and engaged team that does its best to help students succeed according to their abilities. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and quick to build trusting relationships. You are a reliable and communicatively skilled leader in the classroom. In your work, you are solution-focused and pragmatic.
