About the Operations Kulturethuset's technical team works in Studio, Little Studio, Lecture Hall, Foyer 3, Klara Biograph, Puppet Theater, and Gallery 3 and Gallery 5. The Kulturhuset technical team is part of the performance technical unit that staffs operations at Sergels torg and consists of approximately 90 stage technology professionals in stage, lighting, sound, and video. About the Role As stage manager, you have personnel responsibility for one technical coordinator and approximately 12–15 technicians. You are part of the group of other stage managers and report to the head of performance technology. As a board secretary, you work as secretary to municipal boards and other political bodies. The role includes working with: preparation of matters, sending out meeting notices and documents before meetings, meeting administration, record-keeping. As a board secretary, you will participate in the municipality's network of board secretaries and actively work on developing the various parts of the board process from a municipal-wide perspective. The role may also involve preparing statements of service, other documents for decision-making, and various administrative tasks. In the role of board secretary, you work closely with the political leadership, and you will be a support for elected officials as well as case handlers and managers at the relevant administration. Since the board secretaries in the municipality are largely centralized, you will be a backup for other board secretaries in the board secretary team. This is a fixed-term employment of approximately 11 months with start as soon as possible. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with university education with a relevant focus such as political scientist, lawyer, or other background that the employer deems equivalent, as well as good language skills. As a person, you are structured, stable, service-oriented, and social. You have a talent for order and organization and an ability to oversee, coordinate, and prioritize. You learn different systems easily.
