Our case handlers work with many varied tasks, within several areas and with different types of cases. As a case handler with us, your main duties are to handle, investigate, assess, and make decisions in various cases with the support of laws and regulations. You have daily contact with our customers where you provide them with support and service by answering questions in a professional manner and with the customer in focus. This occurs via phone but also in writing, in both Swedish and English. You are responsible for your own cases where you and your colleagues work in close collaboration.
