The purpose of the Swedish Companies Registration Office's operations is to provide conditions for a stable and well-functioning business environment. WORK TASKS We are now looking for two temporary staff members for our mail and case management department! The temporary position extends through August 31, 2027, with a start in the fall. The Swedish Companies Registration Office aims for all incoming mail and email to be scanned and registered the same day they arrive, as much as possible. In addition to responsibility for all incoming mail and email, the department also handles certain other case management activities. The section's primary target audience consists of business owners and private individuals, but it also serves to a large extent all internal operational areas of the agency that depend on us delivering our part of the process. In the section where you will be placed, engaged colleagues work together and work tasks are distributed daily according to a schedule. Each employee has their own responsibility for performing their tasks efficiently with good quality so that the entire section achieves its daily goals. You will primarily work handling all incoming documents by mail and email, as well as scanning, reviewing, and registering documents. The Swedish Companies Registration Office receives large volumes of mail daily and we use high-speed scanners to manage it. In addition, you will also handle daily management of our outgoing mail and handling of other matters within the section's remit. QUALIFICATIONS We need someone who is careful and can work in a structured and independent manner. You collaborate well with your colleagues to achieve good results together. Do you recognize yourself in this description? Then you can proceed in the selection process if you also have: - Completed and approved upper secondary school education. - At least 6 months of current experience in mail handling and case management. We want this to have been your primary occupation during this time. - Experience with and ability to easily navigate different computer systems and quickly learn and use digital tools. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is necessary in daily work. It is an advantage if you also have: - Experience working with and operating high-speed scanners. - Experience working in a digital case management and/or document management system. - Experience working in work rotation according to scheduling. You will work on-site daily in the Swedish Companies Registration Office's modern facilities by the harbor in central Sundsvall. We warmly welcome your application!
