The Crime Prevention Department is responsible for Bolagsverket's crime prevention work through control, analysis, and management of risks and deviations. The Control Unit conducts operational control activities to ensure accurate register information and help prevent and combat financial crime. 3 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to work with qualified investigations that make a real difference? As a case handler in the Control Unit, you play an important role in Bolagsverket's crime prevention work and help prevent companies from being used as tools for crime. You work independently carrying out controls and qualified investigations. By analyzing information from various sources, you identify risks and deviations, make well-founded assessments that form the basis for legally secure decisions, and document your investigations in a clear, factual, and structured manner. You collaborate with colleagues and, when needed, with other authorities and stakeholders. You have contact with representatives and agents by phone, email, and during visits to the agency's premises to gather information and request clarifications. You also contribute to developing control activities by improving working methods, control methods, and risk-based selections. Bolagsverket continuously develops its crime prevention work. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you are analytical and can identify connections, deviations, and risks and make well-founded assessments based on complex information. You work in a structured manner and plan, organize, and carry out your work efficiently and carefully. You learn new knowledge easily and use it to develop your work and adapt to changed working methods. Since the work takes place in close collaboration with others, you contribute to good cooperation by sharing knowledge and experiences and working toward common goals. In this role, you also need to have: • an academic degree in law, economics, political science, social sciences, or other experience that the employer considers equivalent. and have experience with: • at least two years of experience in qualified case handling or investigation work • documented experience making decisions that significantly affect individuals at the individual level within banking and insurance, state, or municipal activities. You must also have excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and good ability to express yourself in English verbally and in writing. You have good computer skills and the ability to work in various administrative systems. Swedish citizenship is required for this position.
