Responsibilities Planning of maintenance, inspection, and care, including regulatory requirements Management and improvement of digital operations systems and work methods Collaboration with the facilities unit regarding budgeting, follow-up, and financial reporting Compliance and optimization of operational performance Active contribution to the development of technical operations, facilities management, and sustainability within an innovative and forward-thinking organization Qualifications To succeed in the role of technical facilities manager, we see that you have: Post-secondary education in installation technology, construction engineering, or similar, or alternatively work experience that has provided equivalent competence Several years of relevant work experience Experience in the industry, preferably with commercial properties Experience in maintenance planning Previous experience with budgeting and maintenance systems Leadership experience as a team leader, project management, or similar Fluent Swedish language skills Good computer skills It is a merit if you have: Previous experience working in properties with specific climate requirements and advanced technical solutions as a technical facilities manager We are looking for someone who is relationship-oriented, collaborative, and clear in your communication.
