Den Gyldene Freden has served classic Swedish home cooking since 1722. Both renowned cultural figures and visitors from afar, as well as loyal local regulars, come to our historic premises in Gamla Stan to enjoy fine food and genuine atmosphere – whether for casual dining or special occasions. Influences come from around the world, but the foundation is Nordic cuisine in our own personal way, with great attention to ingredients, origin, and craft. We are now seeking a cook who feels confident in classical cuisine. We also value that you are meticulous and dedicated to your profession. We offer you the opportunity to work with really good ingredients, a well-organized operation with a warm atmosphere. We are now looking for a skilled line cook with broad knowledge of traditional cuisine. Here we prepare food from scratch and place flavors and craftsmanship in focus. You will be involved in all aspects – from mise en place during the day to service in the evenings. The position will be filled immediately
