Your upcoming role As a Requirements and Vehicle Safety Coordinator, you have a central role in ensuring that SJ's vehicle fleet is safe, reliable, and meets all requirements. You work in the vehicle team and are responsible for coordinating and driving work within traffic safety, requirements, and configuration management for our trains. In the role, you create structure and momentum in safety and requirements-related matters by ensuring that work complies with applicable legal requirements, internal safety management requirements, and requirements from suppliers and authorities. You lead and coordinate risk-related activities, support team members in their work, and ensure that risks are identified, analyzed, and managed in a consistent and traceable manner. With your holistic perspective, you contribute to the vehicle fleet meeting requirements for safety, availability, and regulatory compliance. Work tasks: Safety management by coordinating safety work, preparing matters for meetings, and ensuring proper documentation Requirements management, document requirements, monitor changes in regulations, and quality assure risk analyses Responsible for processes and procedures and ensuring status and documentation Lead risk analyses and support work with deviation management in configuration management Ensure that relevant parts in the maintenance plan and service log are kept up to date Support colleagues and develop working methods You will be part of the Vehicle Division, the part of SJ responsible for the entire vehicle fleet's lifecycle and which ensures that complete, clean, and safe trains are delivered on time. The Vehicle Division consists of approximately 900 employees with varied expertise, including technical specialists, vehicle engineers, and train technicians. Within the Vehicle Division, you will work in Technical Product Management, where work is carried out in vehicle teams responsible for each SJ vehicle fleet. In your role, you will collaborate with Technical Product Management's Traffic Safety Coordinator and the Division's safety coordinators.
