We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a feel for professional customer interactions. You are a team player who always tries to act in the best interest of customers, your colleagues, and the company. You can juggle multiple tasks at once, take personal responsibility for your work, and enjoy taking initiative. Additionally, we see that you can start relatively soon and are available to work 3–5 shifts per week. We also see that you: * Have previous experience from customer service or similar work * Understand good conversation techniques and customer interactions over the phone * Speak and write fluent Swedish & English * Are used to working with computers in different systems * Are comfortable using the phone as your primary work tool * Are engaged, positive, and independent as a person. It is also a merit if you: * Speak Norwegian or Finnish Your responsibilities You will primarily work with answering incoming customer inquiries via phone & email. In addition to this, you will send out Guldbrev and when needed contact existing customers for follow-up and service.
