QEH Coordinator at COBAB
Job Description & Offer Do you want to work with quality, environment, and workplace safety out in the project, close to production and together with the people who build? COBAB is now seeking a QEH Coordinator who wants to help develop QEH work in one of the company's larger projects. Here you get a role where structure and thoroughness are combined with problem-solving, collaboration and a daily routine close to construction production. At COBAB you have the opportunity to grow with the role and the company. The QEH area is becoming increasingly important, especially within sustainability, reuse, climate declarations and environmental requirements. COBAB therefore has the ambition to strengthen QEH expertise in its work leader groups. About the Role Your initial main placement will be in COBAB's project in Husby, where a comprehensive swimming hall project is facing design and upcoming production. The project is extensive and complex. Design and planning will take approximately 1.5 years, followed by a production phase estimated to last approximately three years. The role is project-based, which means your daily work will largely be with the project organization on site. As a QEH Coordinator, you work to organize, support and drive systematic work within quality, environment and workplace safety. You become a support to the project organization and contribute to ensuring that requirements, routines and working methods not only exist on paper but function in daily operations. You will work on implementing routines from the management system as well as support in workplace safety, building material assessment, certifications, climate declarations and taxonomy. The focus in the current project will mainly be on quality and environment, while workplace safety is a natural part of QEH work. In the role you will, among other things: • plan, drive and follow up systematic QEH work in the project • support the project manager, site organization and other project members in QEH matters • work with quality and QEH plans, control plans, documentation and follow-up • follow up environmental requirements and contribute to matters such as reuse, material choice and energy consumption • conduct energy and environmental rounds and participate in safety rounds • follow up deviations, observations and measures • support in monitoring subcontractors' QEH work • participate in internal and external audits • contribute to work with, for example, environmental certifications, climate declarations and other project-specific requirements. You may already work as, for example, a QEH Coordinator, QEH Engineer, Contract Engineer or Site Manager. Another possible background is that you work as a consultant within quality, environment or sustainability and now want to get closer to actual construction production. The most important thing is not exactly what title you have today. We value that you have a few years of relevant experience and a basic understanding of how production and projects work. What We Offer At COBAB you have an opportunity to join a company where you don't need to fit into a pre-made box. The ambition is rather to take advantage of people's strengths and let skilled employees develop over time. For you who want to continue within QEH, there is an opportunity to build broad expertise in quality, environment, sustainability and workplace safety. At the same time, there are opportunities to develop towards other parts of the business, for example design or other project roles. You also get to work close to production in a large and long-term project where issues such as quality, environment, reuse and sustainability will have a clear place. Other Information Start: By agreement Scope: Full-time and permanent Location: Your main workplace will be our site office in Husby, where you work close to the project and production.
