Försäkringskassan's Workplace-Focused Rehabilitation Support (APR) team is characterized by motivated and engaged employees who work together to make decisions on workplace-focused rehabilitation support in a correct and legally secure manner.
Investigations, analyses, and teamwork
As an insurance case handler, you have an important mission. You provide the conditions to maintain an overview and feel secure in all contacts with Försäkringskassan. Each case has a unique situation that needs to be met based on its specific needs. You have contact by phone and in writing. In your work, you are responsible for conducting investigations based on applicable regulations. You calculate compensation and make decisions on compensation as appropriate. As an insurance case handler, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you who work for us have a high level of security awareness.
When you work with Workplace-Focused Rehabilitation Support (APR), you meet employers who have applied for grants to investigate, initiate, plan, implement, and follow up workplace-focused measures. The purpose of the grant is to be a support and tool for employers who hire expert assistance for measures aimed at enabling employees to remain in or return to work. You work based on applicable regulations and gather information from employers and approved service providers. You make decisions and disburse grants in cases from a continuous queue, which means you must be able to balance quality with quantity. In your work, you have contact with many different employers, occupational health services, and others by phone or letter.

We are looking for someone who
has a high school diploma or experience and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
is service-oriented
has a systematic and thorough work approach
works effectively with others to achieve common goals
is stable and can maintain energy even in stressful situations
has good communication skills, both verbal and written
has basic knowledge of using English in speech and writing
has good computer skills and experience working in multiple systems in parallel.
It is a merit if you
have worked with case handling, made decisions, and disbursed compensation, preferably at a public authority
have experience working toward production-oriented goals
have experience working closely with customers to deliver good and efficient service
have experience with customer meetings, preferably in telephony.

Other information
Four positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Trial employment may be applicable. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a passed security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
