Driven Retail Sales Associate at AMARÁ, Permanent Position, Part-Time

Amará is seeking a driven, social, and sales-oriented retail sales associate who is passionate about service, customer relationships, and sales. We're looking for someone who is a sharp salesperson, enjoys meeting people, and has the ability to build trust with customers. At our company, sales is about more than just helping customers in the store – you should be able to understand customer needs, provide professional advice, build good relationships, and actively work to create sales. About the Position This is a permanent part-time position with an initial probationary period of 6 months. In addition to the fixed salary, we also offer performance-based bonus/commission linked to the store's established sales budget.
