Would you like to be part of developing collaboration between public actors and the business sector to strengthen Sweden's preparedness within healthcare and social services? We are now seeking an analyst for the Unit for Supply Preparedness at the Department for Crisis Preparedness and Civil Defense. With us, you will work on matters of societal importance in a rapidly developing field. An important part of strengthening preparedness is developing forms of collaboration between public actors and the business sector. As an analyst with us, you will have a central role in this work. About the position The Swedish Board of Health and Welfare is the sector-responsible authority for the preparedness sector of health, care and social services. As part of the sector responsibility, collaboration with the business sector needs to continue to develop to strengthen the sector's combined capacity before and during peacetime crises, heightened preparedness and war. As an analyst focused on public-private collaboration, you will contribute to developing structures, working methods and forms for this collaboration. The assignment involves both developing long-term collaboration and creating structures and working methods that can be used when society experiences disruptions. The work takes place together with colleagues at the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare and in close collaboration with other authorities, regions, municipalities, companies, industry organizations and other relevant actors. The issues span multiple areas and require the ability to understand different actors' roles, responsibilities and conditions and to translate this into functioning forms of collaboration. Your tasks As an analyst, you will, among other things: contribute to developing and establishing structures and working methods for public-private collaboration within the preparedness sector of health, care and social services plan, coordinate and drive collaboration activities together with the business sector and public actors develop forms for long-term and continuous dialogue and collaboration with companies and industry organizations conduct investigations and analyses and develop materials to support the development of public-private collaboration identify needs, opportunities and obstacles for effective collaboration between public and private actors in the sector plan and conduct meetings, workshops and other collaboration activities contribute to linking the work on public-private collaboration with the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare's other work within sector responsibility and supply preparedness collaborate with other authorities and actors on the development of public-private collaboration within total defense contribute to the unit's and department's other work within crisis preparedness and civil defense. The tasks may change over time based on the needs of the organization and developments in the field. We are looking for you who have relevant academic qualifications, for example in political science, economics, law or another area that the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare considers relevant for the position have experience with collaboration between public operations and the business sector, as well as creating and maintaining trusting relationships have experience with qualified investigation, development or coordination work have experience independently planning, coordinating and driving work involving multiple actors have strong analytical ability and the ability to structure complex issues have very strong ability to collaborate and build trusting relationships can express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish can express yourself well in speech and writing in English. It is advantageous if you have experience developing structures, networks or other forms of collaboration between multiple organizations have knowledge of the Swedish preparedness system, crisis preparedness, civil defense or total defense have experience working with supply preparedness have experience from the business sector or working closely with companies and industry organizations have experience from a state authority, region, municipality or other public operation have experience from healthcare, social services, life science or other operations relevant to the preparedness sector have experience leading or facilitating collaboration processes, workshops or similar. Personal qualities To succeed in the role, you need to be well-organized, analytical and have a clear drive. You can take an area from idea and analysis to concrete working methods and results and are comfortable working on issues where structures and forms are still under development. A central part of the work is building trust and getting actors with different roles, responsibilities and perspectives to work toward common goals. You therefore need to be responsive and communicative and have very strong ability to build and maintain relationships. At the same time, you need to be able to create structure, hold processes together and drive the work forward. You enjoy working both independently and together with others and can switch between strategic issues and practical implementation. You contribute to the whole and to a good collaborative climate, both internally and in collaboration with other actors. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The position is placed in security classification and a security clearance with record check will be conducted before an employment decision is made.
