Your profile as Site Manager To thrive and be successful in the role, we see that you have several years of experience from a leading position driving construction projects of approximately 200–400 mkr, preferably in public sector properties. You have the ability to coordinate your own resources and subcontractors. You are confident in a leadership role and have a good ability to delegate and set requirements. Based on this, we expect you to have a good understanding of cost management and experience driving collaborative projects. You have a construction technical education or have built up equivalent expertise through practical industry experience. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. About Building Norrland We build and renovate both commercial and public buildings as well as residential properties throughout Norrland, from Sundsvall in the south to Luleå in the north.
