The Western Military Region is responsible for supporting Home Guard units in Örebro County, Värmland County, Västra Götaland County, and Halland County, with resources for training and administration. The Örebro-Värmland Group (ÖVG) is part of the Western Military Region. This position is a permanent employment About the Position The Örebro-Värmland Group's mission is to develop and maintain two Home Guard battalions, as well as support voluntary defense organizations within Örebro and Värmland counties. The Örebro-Värmland Group is seeking 1 Materials Coordinator with a work location in Kristinehamn, whose main responsibility is to manage support systems for materials and assist the HV battalions' material services within Örebro and Värmland counties. The position requires good physical endurance. Main Job Duties The main job duties will be conducted within the logistics field with material services as the focus, supporting the HV battalions. You will be one of four within the Örebro-Värmland Group handling support for material services for the Home Guard battalions in Örebro-Värmland County. The position entails primarily: Documenting materials in the PRIO (SAP) and LIFT systems. Participating in material inventories and inspections. Supporting Home Guard battalions regarding material issues and material maintenance. Handling other tasks that arise in the unit and within the support section. The position involves periodic evening and weekend duty, approximately 70% office work and 30% work on site/in storage. Qualifications Education at least at upper secondary level. Good computer skills (Office package, Outlook). Strong administrative ability and good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. Class B driver's license. Meritorious Familiarity with the Home Guard and voluntary defense organizations. Military operator's license. Work experience from handling materials in digital tracking systems. Knowledge of and experience with the support systems PRIO (SAP) and LIFT. Previous experience with material issues and material maintenance. Other Information Civilian position.
