Responsibilities As a booking administrator, you are responsible for administering, registering, and documenting incoming flow. You work primarily with corporate customers, where you receive delivery information and then create an order to be processed internally. You receive your cases via both phone and email and will also work with many returning customers. Your role can be described as an administrative and coordinating function with the aim of, together with your colleagues, creating an efficient logistics flow. You will be offered onboarding in procedures, systems, and working methods before you work independently.
