About the Position
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities
As a booking administrator, you are responsible for administering, registering, and documenting incoming flows. You work primarily with corporate customers, where you receive delivery information and then create an order to be processed internally. You receive your cases via both phone and email and will also work with many returning customers. Your role can be described as an administrative and coordinating function with the aim of, together with your colleagues, creating an efficient logistics flow.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Completed upper secondary education
Experience in service or administration is a merit
Good computer and system skills
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
