About the Position
As a CNC Operator, you will program, set up, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture components according to specific drawings and quality requirements. In addition to programming machines, your responsibilities will include machine monitoring, performing regular maintenance and minor repairs on the machines, and ensuring product quality. It is also important that you collaborate with the company's production and quality departments to optimize the manufacturing process.
The position is full-time with variable working hours.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience as a CNC Operator and who is familiar working with lathes, mills, and 3D lasers. It is a requirement that you speak Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing, to be able to receive instructions and directives. A driver's license and access to a car are requirements for this position.
Meritorious
It is advantageous if you have experience programming and optimizing CNC machines to streamline the manufacturing process. Knowledge of machine technology, regular maintenance and minor repairs of machines, and collaboration with production and quality departments is also appreciated. A forklift certification is also meritorious.
