Individuals matched to VIA's activities come through employment consultants, who are responsible for individuals with LSS and SoL decisions, and through coaches at Jobbcentrum, Employment and Livelihood. These may be language-weak new Swedes, individuals with substance abuse issues, individuals with intellectual disabilities and various NPF diagnoses, mental health problems, long-term sick leave, etc. This position is a project employment for two years.
