About the Role Are you an experienced Business Controller who thrives in an operational and advisory role? For our client, we are now seeking a senior Business Controller who wants to be a strategic partner to the business and contribute to well-founded business decisions through analysis, monitoring, and financial management. In this role, you will work closely with managers and other stakeholders and be involved in influencing both operational and long-term development. Assignment Duration: This is a full-time consulting role starting as soon as possible and initially runs through December 18, 2026, with good opportunities for extension. Examples of Responsibilities Act as a business partner and financial support to managers and operations Conduct financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decisions Responsible for monitoring results, key metrics, and business performance Prepare forecasts, budget supporting documents, and financial reports Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement and propose measures Participate in and drive financial monitoring and management meetings with various stakeholders Support operations in areas such as investments, cost control, and working capital Develop and implement financial guidelines, processes, and ways of working Present analyses and recommendations to management and other decision makers Drive or participate in larger projects and change initiatives within finance and operations management About You We are looking for someone who is analytical, business-oriented, and confident in acting as an advisor to the business. You have strong communication skills and can translate complex financial information into clear insights that support decision-making. Furthermore, you are self-driven, structured, and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel activities simultaneously. You thrive in collaborative environments, build trust easily, and are willing to challenge the business with a solution-oriented and proactive approach.
