The role involves leading our swimming school groups with a focus on swimming instruction. Your experience and clear leadership style are important. What the role involves: As Head of Swimming School Operations, you are responsible for the overall direction and are a link to other activities. You will: • Develop and lead the swimming school with the goal of achieving the organization's strategic objectives. • Together with other department leaders, continue developing the entire organization's programs. • Ensure that activities are planned and executed on a seasonal basis. • Hold responsibility for results and budget for swimming school operations. • Manage personnel and work environment matters. Recruit, plan, coach, and train instructors in the swimming school program. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Have experience and solid knowledge of leadership. • Possess knowledge of physical and psychological development in children. • Teach groups in the water and are engaged and interested in swimming instruction. Ensure we follow Swedish Swimming Sport's Swimming Guidelines. • Hold relevant qualifications; desired qualifications include Swedish Swimming Sport education certification, preferably a licensed Swimming Instructor certification, and prior leadership experience. Your qualities: You love swimming and are passionate about developing swimming skills and training in children, youth, and adults. You enjoy working in a team that drives and develops the program forward together.
