We meet individuals with mental health disabilities who live in group homes or service housing, as well as individuals in regular housing who need community mental health services.

Your Responsibilities
As an occupational therapist, you will have a varied and meaningful role where you work closely with other professionals in your team. Your responsibilities also include extensive collaboration with and mentoring of care staff. You will also have contact with many external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, follow-ups, prescriptions, and trials. The position includes actively participating in planning and management of health and care services as well as development and quality improvement work.
You will work extensively with interactions and creating conditions for individuals to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. We use Combine for documentation.
Who are you?
We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. We would appreciate if you have previous experience working as an occupational therapist and have experience with this target group.
You are confident in your professional role and have a person-centered approach where the patient's needs and participation are always in focus.
You easily build trusting relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues and contribute to good collaboration by sharing your knowledge and experience.
You enjoy working in an interprofessional team where you see the value of different expertise and actively contribute to achieving common goals.
Through a responsive and engaged work approach, you motivate and support both patients and colleagues and create good conditions for development and participation.
As a person, you are flexible and easily adapt to changed circumstances, new work methods, and varying tasks.
You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to delegate professionally based on the individual's competence, experience, and circumstances.
A driver's license (category B) is required.
You have excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing.
