As a shift supervisor, you are responsible for leading and delegating daily work in the warehouse operations. You are a present leader who supports the team in reaching set goals and ensures that work is performed efficiently, safely, and with high quality. Your tasks include, among others: plan, lead, and follow up on daily operational activities independently analyze financials, process compliance, and service performance find improvement suggestions regarding processes identify possible areas for improvement conduct current state analyses (profitability, work structure, etc.) handle various personnel matters in consultation with HR develop, engage, and motivate your team members The position is full-time and is expected to start by agreement. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 12:00-20:00 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who has previously held a leadership position and wants to continue developing in a leadership role. You are a person who naturally takes responsibility, has drive, and enjoys working in a role where you get to work close to both people and operations. We would also like to see that you enjoy working in a structured manner, have good communication skills, can work independently, and are driven by improvement work.
