JOB DUTIES The task as a specialist nurse is to meet the individual's basic and specific care and nursing needs as well as social and cultural as physical and mental. The specialist nurse shall safeguard and respect everyone's right to privacy and bodily integrity, self-determination, participation and individual adaptation so that the individual can live a dignified life and feel well-being. As a specialist nurse you drive quality and development work. You supervise nursing assistants and educate other care personnel within your specialist competence. The assignment is governed primarily by the Social Services Act (SoL), the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and general advice as well as municipal governing documents. The target group is persons who have been granted services under the Social Services Act (SoL) and/or health and medical care services under the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). The assignment includes contributing to your own, the group's and the organization's development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education equivalent to 200 yh as a specialist nurse with a focus on, for example, elderly care, dementia, palliative care. A driver's license for home services is a requirement. You are a flexible person and have good ability to cooperate. You have personal maturity. Previous work experience is a merit. Professional certificate as a nursing assistant and diploma from vocational college must be presented as well as a driver's license. Interviews will be held during weeks 35-36. We are now seeking 2 service assistants who want to work with user-focused service tasks based on decisions according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Initially, you will work in the home care areas of Handskeryd/Nyhem, Brinell, and Norrboda. You will become an important part of the home care work team in the same way as specialist nurses, nursing assistants, and care assistants. This role will be central to our work toward properly utilizing competence within home care services - with the aim of creating a safe, sustainable, and high-quality home care team. 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a service assistant, you work closely with users in their home environment with practical service tasks that contribute to safety, quality, and structure in everyday life. You focus on service tasks in the home in accordance with assistance decisions under the Social Services Act (SoL), such as: - cleaning services - laundry in the home - changing bed linens when needed - assisting with digital shopping - delivering meal boxes, etc. You will participate in implementation plans, document, and report any deviations or changes in users' situations. Through good communication with colleagues, you contribute to creating agreement and a unified approach, thereby creating safety for our users. This is a fixed-term employment as the role is new and needs to be followed up. Upon evaluation with good results, the position may be extended. QUALIFICATIONS You enjoy working where you meet people in their own homes and have the ability to create safety and trust through friendly and respectful treatment. You work in a structured manner, are thorough and flexible, and easily adapt to different situations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You have a B driver's license, can cycle, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is desirable if you have previous experience working within elderly care and/or service and support services. Additionally, you have good collaboration skills, good physical capacity for the practical aspects of the work, and enjoy working both independently and together with others in a work team.
