JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of nursing assistant is to meet the individual's basic and specific care and nursing needs as well as social and cultural as physical and mental needs. As a nursing assistant, you shall protect and respect each person's right to privacy and bodily integrity, self-determination, participation, and individual adaptation so that the individual can live a dignified life and experience well-being.
The role is primarily governed by the Social Services Act (SoL), the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and general advice, and municipal governing documents.
The target group consists of individuals who have been granted services under the Social Services Act (SoL) and/or healthcare services under the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).
The role includes contributing to your own, the group's, and the organization's development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone with upper secondary education in healthcare and elderly care. A driver's license for home services is a requirement. You must have a genuine interest in people! You should be service-oriented, have good ability to collaborate, and be flexible.
Experience from healthcare and care work is advantageous.
A professional certificate as nursing assistant and possibly a driver's license must be presented.
Interviews will be held during weeks 35-36.
If you are called for an interview, you must be able to verify your identity in one of the following three ways:
- Passport
- National ID card showing citizenship
- ID card combined with a personal certificate showing citizenship.
If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EES, you must also present a valid residence permit and/or work permit in Sweden.
To ensure the security of users, a background check for work with elderly persons and persons with disabilities must be presented before employment. You order the extract yourself from the Police; the extract must not be older than six months.
Salary form: Monthly salary.

Duration: Permanent, start date: By agreement.
Work schedule: Shift work.
