We are seeking specialist nurses for home services in Malmbäck and in Nässjö city center.

JOB DUTIES
The task as a specialist nurse is to meet the individual's basic and specific care and nursing needs as well as social and cultural as physical and mental.
The specialist nurse shall safeguard and respect everyone's right to privacy and bodily integrity, self-determination, participation and individual adaptation so that the individual can live a dignified life and feel well-being.
As a specialist nurse you drive quality and development work. You supervise nursing assistants and educate other care personnel within your specialist competence.
The assignment is governed primarily by the Social Services Act (SoL), the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL), the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL), the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and general advice as well as municipal governing documents.
The target group is persons who have been granted services under the Social Services Act (SoL) and/or health and medical care services under the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).
The assignment includes contributing to your own, the group's and the organization's development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education equivalent to 200 yh as a specialist nurse with a focus on, for example, elderly care, dementia, palliative care. A driver's license for home services is a requirement.
You are a flexible person and have good ability to cooperate. You have personal maturity.
Previous work experience is a merit.
Professional certificate as a nursing assistant and diploma from vocational college must be presented as well as a driver's license.
Interviews will be held during weeks 35-36.
If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to verify your identity in one of the following three ways:
- Passport
- National ID card showing citizenship
- ID card combined with personal certificate showing citizenship.
If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA, you must also present a valid residence permit and/or work permit in Sweden.
To protect the safety of users, a criminal background check for work with the elderly and people with disabilities must be presented before employment. You order the certificate yourself from the Police; the certificate must not be older than six months.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
