About Unika Pumpmakaregatan Unika Pumpmakaregatan is a supported living facility located in Örkelljunga. The service is designed for individuals in target group 1, which includes people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism-like conditions. We are now seeking temporary care assistants who want to provide individually tailored support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in daily life. You will support residents in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as the starting point. We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, based on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for residents to achieve as much independence as possible and live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you work according to clarifying pedagogy and low-affect communication to create safety and predictability in residents' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the service's resources and budget. About You You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in an empathetic way, and you enjoy working together with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs. Qualifications Requirements: Very good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing. Good computer skills and experience with documentation. Driver's license. Experience working within LSS is a merit. Upper secondary education such as child and youth care program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field. About the Recruitment Process Before any employment, a certificate from the criminal record register must be presented together with valid photo identification. If you are called for an interview, you will need to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit. Selection and interviews take place continuously, so do not delay submitting your application. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Working hours: 09:00-21:00 Monday - Sunday.
